- Wind data: Weather conditions at your login location
Access to the TrimSmart web application is only possible using an access code or NFC chip issued by us. Information regarding the individual associated with each code or NFC chip is stored and paired with the data collected by the web application to ensure secure and authorized access.
2. Why Do We Collect This Data?
We collect this data for the following purposes:
- To improve user experience by analyzing wind conditions in different locations.
- To track and optimize performance by logging conditions at login locations.
- For statistical and analytical purposes (We do not use data for tracking individual users).
3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?
Your data is stored for a maximum of 3 years and is automatically deleted afterward.
4. Who Has Access to Your Data?
- The collected data is securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.
- We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law.
5. Your Rights
As a user, you have the right to:
- Request access to your logged data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time.

• TrimSmart is owned and operated by Project Kft.
• All software, designs, text, graphics, images, trademarks, and other content used in the Service are the exclusive property of Project Kft.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.
3. User Access & Responsibilities

• Access to TrimSmart is restricted and requires an authorized access code or NFC chip issued by Project Kft.
