We’re pausing our webshop—here’s why and what’s next
When we first launched our webshop, the vision was straightforward: make buying sails simpler and faster. Choose your product, add it to your cart, complete payment securely online, and leave the rest to us. It seemed intuitive and streamlined.
However, despite detailed descriptions, customers often had personalized questions that required direct support. Additionally, providing comprehensive product details openly meant we inadvertently helped our competitors. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to pause the webshop for now.
But don’t worry—production of our catamaran sails continues as usual! You can easily request quotes directly via email or chat. Meanwhile, our team is actively working behind the scenes to find the most convenient and customer-friendly sales platform or solution. Our 10th anniversary is the perfect opportunity to rethink, innovate, and elevate not just our sails but our customer experience too.
Exciting updates are already in beta testing, promising even better support for everyone who chooses 1D – One Design Sails.
